The renowned Kendra Sells Hollywood star, aged 38, expressed a touching tribute on her Instagram Story on Monday to mark her son Hank Jr.'s 14th birthday. In the black and white snapshot, the birthday boy, accompanied by daughter Alijah Mary, 9, stood tall, donning a jersey and a medal around his neck, while Wilkinson cradled his basketball.

"Happy birthday to my son Hank. I adore you, and I am incredibly proud of you!!!" she captioned the photograph.

In a rare moment captured during their family vacation, Kendra Wilkinson's children, Hank Jr. and Alijah, appear all grown up.

During an appearance on Melissa Gorga’s On Display podcast in June, the TV personality candidly shared insights into her life post-divorce and the uncertainty surrounding her reality TV career.

"It was impossible to find happiness at that point," Wilkinson reflected. "I didn't even know how to be happy. My kids were what gave me purpose."

Wilkinson attributes her resilience to her two children with ex-husband Hank Baskett, emphasizing how they motivated her to "stay alive, keep going, drive them to hockey and basketball, and smile while watching them excel. They're the ones who kept my heart beating."

Following their divorce finalization in February 2019, where joint legal and physical custody was agreed upon, Wilkinson found herself in a challenging situation, describing the post-divorce period as feeling "like a zombie" as she navigated her next steps and pondered her livelihood.

"I have nobody paying my bills. Never have... It was so hard," she recounted. "So, four years, five years afterwards. I'm like, 'Okay, I did a lot of healing. I did a lot of healing from Playboy.' I'm like, 'Who am I? Who is this chick? I don't even know who this person is.'"

In a poignant scene from the first season of her Discovery+ series last year, the former Girls Next Door star expressed profound gratitude for the special relationship she shares with her children and the significant milestones in her parenting journey.

"I couldn't have asked for better kids. I mean, when it comes to parenting and my bond with them, it's so sacred and so powerful," she declared. "If there's one part of my life I'm doing right, it's them."
