Reflecting on a 'Challenging' Year and Lessons Learned after Being 'Deeply Misunderstood'

Despite a challenging year, Ariana Grande has been far from idle. Following her 2020 studio album "Positions" and its deluxe version in January 2021, the singer engaged in various collaborations. Notable mentions include a 2021 track with Kid Cudi for the Don’t Look Up soundtrack, a remix of The Weeknd’s "Save Your Tears" in 2021, and a 2023 remix of "Die For You."

 

In addition to musical collaborations, Grande joined forces with Jimmy Fallon and Megan Thee Stallion for 2021’s “It Was a… (Masked Christmas)” and Kelly Clarkson for 2021’s “Santa, Can’t You Hear Me.”

 

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of her debut album "Yours Truly" in August, Grande released an album reissue featuring new live recordings. However, her focus has recently shifted towards her REM Beauty brand and her role as Glinda the Good Witch in the upcoming movie adaptation of "Wicked."
