Unveiling Xiaomi's Redmi 13C: A Budget-Friendly Delight Arriving in India on December 6
Xiaomi's website reveals an exclusive listing for the eagerly awaited Redmi 13C, set to grace Indian markets on December 6. The phone, available in Stardust Black and Star Shine Green, boasts a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor—a feature consistent with its global variant.
Unlike its
Chinese counterpart, the Indian version is poised for hardware upgrades,
potentially housing a robust MediaTek Helio G99 processor, as reported by
91Mobiles. This stands in contrast to the Redmi 13C's Chinese release, which
utilized the MediaTek Helio G85 processor. Notably, other specifications of the
phone remain identical to the Chinese model.
Highlighted
on Xiaomi's dedicated listing page, the Redmi 13C emphasizes its
budget-friendly nature. In a press release, Xiaomi assures potential buyers
that the Redmi 13C "won't put too much pressure on your budget."
Delving
into specifications, the Redmi 13C features a 6.74-inch IPS LCD display with a
pixel resolution of 720P and a commendable 90Hz refresh rate. Operating on
Android 13 with the MIUI interface, the device packs a substantial 5000mAh
battery supporting 18W fast charging.
The camera
setup includes a 2MP secondary camera and an 8MP front-facing sensor for
selfies and video calling. The phone's price and additional features will be
unveiled during the official launch on December 6, building anticipation among
eager Redmi enthusiasts.
